I did this work until the tragedy of 9/11. ... As my children grew, I enrolled in a painting workshop, taught by Don Keene, at the Pelham Art Center. He is an accomplished artist, and art instructor; a mentor whose gifts have influenced my life... and influenced the marks I make with paint and brush. ...At that time, I painted in Acrylic.
